It’s amazing how a little gummy can make all the difference. I’ve always been very athletic throughout my life and a 24 yr career in the fire service. At the age of 55 I was still going for long cliff path and beach runs, surfing, cycling and kicking a bag of wind around with the lads on a Friday evening after working all week as a window and external property cleaner but now at 58 yrs old I ‘m definitely feeling the years, lack of energy stamina.
