At TryPuro, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following guidelines on returns, refunds, and subscriptions.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return guarantee for all unused and unopened products purchased directly from TryPuro.com. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- In its original packaging
- Unopened and unused
We do not accept returns for any opened, used, or consumed items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made a mistake with your order.
To request a return, email info@trypuro.com with your order number and reason for return. Once authorized, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent the wrong product. In such cases, we will issue the refund for the return cost in a form of gift card and refund the product cost back to the original payment method.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Products must be unused and unopened. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@trypuro.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. We’ll provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Policy
When you subscribe to a TryPuro product, your order renews automatically based on the schedule you select (e.g., every 30 days). You’ll receive a discount on your first order as a subscriber.
In exchange for this exclusive discount, your subscription is subject to a one-month minimum commitment. This means you may only cancel after your second shipment has been processed.
After that, you can pause, cancel, or change your subscription anytime via the “Manage Subscription” link in your email or account. Changes must be made at least 5 days before your next charge date.
If a subscription order has already shipped, it is considered final. However, unopened items may be returned under our 30-day policy.
